North Korea issued its first official criticism of the Trump administration on Monday, responding to U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s recent comments referring to Pyongyang as a "rogue state".
A statement from North Korea’s foreign ministry, published by state news agency KCNA, warned that Pyongyang will "never tolerate any provocation" and will respond with "strong countermeasures."
