Russia and Ukraine are continuing to exchange long-range strikes, with Russian attacks killing at least 10 people and injuring dozens across several Ukrainian regions on Saturday, while both sides reported damage to infrastructure and shipping.
Russian air strikes across several Ukrainian regions have killed at least 10 people and injured dozens, local officials said. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Russia had launched nearly 500 drones since early Saturday, with attacks hitting residential areas, businesses and infrastructure.
Russia said its forces struck Ukrainian industrial and port facilities, including sites in Zaporizhzhia and Odesa.
Ukraine reported strikes on Russian industrial infrastructure in the Samara region, while a drone alert temporarily closed Moldova’s airspace for nearly an hour and temporarily closed seven border crossings.
Meanwhile, Russian officials said that three people had been killed in Ukrainian drone attacks on Saturday in Russia-held areas of Ukraine.
