Putin Highlights Strengthening Russia-Vietnam Energy Ties at SPIEF
Speaking at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), President Vladimir Putin highlighted the strong and cooperative relationship between Russia and Vietnam. He emphasized numerous joint projects, particularly in the energy sector.
Putin stated that all cooperation plans are realistic and feasible, adding that Russia is ready to further expand ties, including in hydrocarbons.
