Tens of thousands of people took to the streets of Madrid to protest against health policies in the Spanish capital.
The demonstration, held under the slogan "Let's save our public health," reflected growing public concern over what many see as the privatisation and dismantling of Madrid’s public healthcare system.
Protesters denounced long delays in primary care and a critical shortage of medical staff, blaming the regional government for the current state of services.
Officials say more than 30,000 people attended the rally.
