The announcement comes as Macron meets with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Paris to discuss security guarantees for Ukraine ahead of a planned "coalition of the willing" summit.
Scheduled for March 27 in Paris, the summit will bring together Germany, Poland, the U.K., and other coalition members that have pledged support for Ukraine’s post-war security.
