The Houthi group in Yemen claimed responsibility for a series of missile and drone attacks, targeting Ben Gurion airport in Israel and U.S. warships in the Red Sea.
In a televised statement, Houthi military spokesman Yahya Sarea confirmed that the group’s missile force launched two ballistic missiles at Ben Gurion airport in Tel Aviv, identifying them as the Dhulfiqar and Palestine-2 hypersonic missiles.
The spokesperson also claimed to have targeted multiple U.S. warships in the Red Sea, including the U.S. aircraft carrier Truman. The operation, lasting several hours, involved a coordinated assault using ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and drones.
Sarea added that the attack disrupted an alleged U.S. military operation targeting Yemen.
