Russian overnight drone attacks killed at least three people in Ukraine’s east and south on Monday (9 February), with officials reporting casualties in the Kharkiv, Odesa and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
Prosecutors in the Kharkiv region said a mother and her 10-year-old son were killed when drones struck a residential area in the town of Bohodukhiv.
Six people were injured in the wider regional attack, which authorities noted has become a frequent target in the conflict that began with Russia’s invasion in 2022.
