The Iranian city of Isfahan is preparing to bring together tourism experts from across the world for a landmark event "100 Tour Operators in Half of the World" taking place from 19 to 23 February.
The international event will gather leading tourism professionals, tour guides, and international travel specialists from India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Thailand, Malaysia, China, and other countries
Aiming to showcase Iran’s rich culture and tourism potential, the event will outline a number of special programmes, including a Сhogan (polo) match at the UNESCO-listed Naqsh-e Jahan Square, which will be held in cooperation with the Chogan Federation.
The host country aims to showcase the heritage of Isfahan, which has more than 22,000 registered historical sites, and strengthen international cooperation with the participating countries in the tourism sector.
