Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has declared that ties between Armenia and the Russian-led Collective Security Treaty Organisation (CSTO) have crossed the "point of no return".
Armenia considers itself outside the CSTO, Pashinyan announced during a parliamentary session.
He added that, out of respect for member states, Armenia refrains from interfering with decisions made within the bloc.
Armenia previously halted financial contributions to CSTO.
Pashinyan’s government has signalled a pivot towards alternative security partnerships, including closer ties with the EU and the United States.
