Russian strikes on Ukraine overnight kill at least four

At least four people were killed in Russian strikes on Ukraine's southeastern Dnipropetrovsk region overnight, according to its Governor Oleksandr Hanzha. Attacks also hit the Mykolaiv and Kherson regions in the south of the country, as well as Donetsk in the east.

U.S. should take account on the ground realities in peace push, Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister says 

Ukraine's battlefield situation is worsening and the U.S. should take this into account in any peace drive, Moscow's Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov told Russian state news agency TASS.

Ryabkov made the remarks when asked to comment on the possible visit to the Russian capital by U.S. Presidential Envoy Steve Witkoff and Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner over the weekend.

Four killed in Russian attacks in southeastern Ukraine

At least four people have been killed in Russian attacks in the city of Kamianske in Ukraine's southeastern Dnipropetrovsk region, Governor Oleksandr Hanzha said in a post on Telegram.

Another six people were injured in attacks across the region he said, adding that Russia hit Dnipropetrovsk with drones, artillery and missiles nearly 30 times overnight.

Homes and businesses were also damaged.
