Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha, during a joint press conference with Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov shared his insights about the latest situation in the Russia-Ukraine war. "First of all, we want to see a ceasefire. We support a political and legal solution to the conflict," he said.
Jeyhun Bayramov expressed appreciation for the negotiations held in Türkiye on May 15. “We commend the negotiations held in Türkiye on May 15”. FM Bayramov noted that Azerbaijan is looking forward to securing a durable peace, recalling that his country has supported Ukraine in many areas since the first days of the war.
Bayramov also emphasized the importance of continued international cooperation and dialogue to ensure lasting stability in the region. He highlighted Azerbaijan’s commitment to playing a constructive role in facilitating peaceful resolutions and urged all parties to remain engaged in diplomatic efforts.
