An international Colombia-led anti-narcotics operation has seized more than 1,400 metric tons of illegal substances in six weeks.

The operation was part of the international Orion naval campaign, a coordinated effort that brought together 10 international organizations and 127 institutions across 62 countries.
This extensive collaboration spanned multiple regions, with law enforcement agencies targeting drug production and distribution points around the world, from oceans and coasts to inland trafficking routes.
The six-week operation, involving joint efforts by naval forces, not only led to the massive drug seizures but also disrupted key trafficking operations, particularly in international waters.
