On the night of April 24-25, Russian forces conducted a large-scale drone attack on Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, which resulted in fires in several settlements, including the city of Pavlohrad. The strike killed three people, including a 76-year-old woman and a 15-year-old girl, while 14 others, including three children, were injured.
Among the injured, several are in serious condition. The attack caused damage to residential buildings, infrastructure, and vehicles, with power outages reported in Pavlohrad. Firefighters have extinguished the fires, and repair work on the power supply is ongoing.
The attack also impacted the Nikopol district, where Russian forces used FPV drones and Grad rocket systems, damaging an industrial facility but causing no casualties. Ukrainian air defenses reportedly intercepted and destroyed 11 Russian drones during the assault. The State Emergency Service mentioned that a rescue worker was injured during a subsequent Russian strike. Authorities are continuing recovery efforts in the affected areas.
