He said he expected Russia to take the same step regarding Kyiv. U.S. envoys are expected to travel to Kyiv on Sunday.
Russia is waging a covert war against Europe, even if the continent won't admit it, Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha has said in a statement on X.
