North Korea has likely received technical help from Russia for its submarine development, South Korean Defence Minister Ahn Gyu-back told parliament on Monday (13 October).
China says it is ready to develop its relationship with North Korea to strengthen strategic cooperation in international and regional affairs, North Korea's state media KCNA reported.
The Nordwind airline will launch direct flights between Moscow and Pyongyang from 27th July, the Russian Ministry of Transport announced.

The U.S. and South Korea impose new sanctions on North Korea and Russia over military cooperation, targeting Pyongyang's ballistic missile program, oil trade, and troop deployment to support Russia's war in Ukraine.
