President of the Republic of North Macedonia, Gordana Siljanovska Davkovahas, has arrived in Azerbaijan for an official visit.
"Thank you for the warm welcome to Baku," - President Gordana Siljanovska Davkova posted in platform X. She was welcomed at Heydar Aliyev International Airport by Azerbaijan’s First Deputy Prime Minister Yagub Eyyubov and Deputy Foreign Minister Fariz Rzayev.
She added that today's agenda includes an official meeting with the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, at the presidential residence "Zugulba".
"An excellent opportunity to reaffirm the close and friendly relations with Azerbaijan and our commitment to their further development. I am glad that the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations is being crowned with the realization of the first official visit of a Macedonian president to Azerbaijan," - President Gordana Siljanovska Davkova said.
