Highlighting the active measures taken to rebuild the territories liberated from occupation, the Turkish leader said: “Today, under the leadership of my brother Ilham Aliyev, Azerbaijan is taking large-scale steps towards the restoration of the region. Roads and tunnels are being built in various parts of Karabakh, agricultural projects are being implemented, and residential buildings are under construction. In this regard, we are taking all necessary steps to contribute to Azerbaijan’s efforts.”
President Erdoğan also praised Azerbaijan’s achievements under Ilham Aliyev’s leadership: “As a political leader who has closely followed developments during both the late Heydar Aliyev’s and Ilham Aliyev’s presidencies, I know very well what has happened, where and when.
