U.S. President Donald Trump rejects claims that recent American strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities had limited effect, declaring the sites were "totally destroyed."

“The sites we hit in Iran were completely destroyed — everyone knows it,” Trump wrote on social media, accusing U.S. media of deliberately downplaying the outcome and spreading “fake news.”

The weekend assault involved B-2 stealth bombers dropping six bunker-buster bombs on the Fordow facility, along with submarine-launched cruise missiles targeting Natanz and Isfahan.

Trump described the strikes as causing “monumental damage.” However, Iran disputed the claims. Its Atomic Energy Organization pledged to continue nuclear activities, calling the program “built on the blood of nuclear martyrs.”

In response, Iran launched missile strikes on the U.S. Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar.

Separately, Iranian General Ebrahim Jabari claimed the U.S. strike on Fordow had failed, saying American bunker-buster bombs were ineffective and Iran’s nuclear program “cannot be destroyed by a few explosions.”
