A second man has been arrested in connection with a series of arson attacks targeting properties and a vehicle linked to Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer.
The 26-year-old was detained by counter terrorism officers at Luton Airport around 1:45 p.m. on Saturday. He is suspected of conspiracy to commit arson with intent to endanger life and is now in custody in London.
The arrest follows charges against 21-year-old Roman Lavrynovych, a Ukrainian national, who appeared in court on Friday accused of three counts of arson with intent to endanger life. He was remanded in custody.
