A giant model of Mars was unveiled on 23 November in the Painted Hall of the Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich.
The seven-metre artwork rotates beneath 18th-century murals, displaying high-resolution NASA imagery, with each centimetre representing 10 kilometres of the Martian surface.
Contrasting the Baroque murals painted by Sir James Thornhill between 1707 and 1726, the exhibit highlights Mars, the fourth planet from the Sun, located 225 million kilometres from Earth on average.
The Mars exhibit will remain open until 20 January 2025.
