Dozens of Venezuelan migrants have been repatriated from the U.S. under a bilateral agreement with Caracas.
A total of 191 Venezuelan nationals have been returned from the United States as part of a bilateral agreement to repatriate undocumented migrants.
The repatriation flight landed at Simon Bolivar International Airport, carrying 16 women and 175 men.
Officials confirmed that two of the returnees were listed under a Red Notice issued by Colombian Interpol.
This is the second such flight this week and the 13th since the launch of U.S. President Donald Trump’s large-scale deportation initiative.
The repatriation flights stem from an agreement between Washington and Caracas, reached after Trump’s special envoy, Richard Grenell, visited Caracas in January.
