Poland plans to launch a voluntary military training program in 2024, aiming to train 100,000 volunteers by 2027, Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced on March 11. Proposals for the program will be presented by the end of March.

Tusk revealed that the Ministry of National Defence will present its proposals for the program by the end of March. The government seeks to enhance the country’s military readiness through the initiative, which will offer citizens the opportunity to receive military training voluntarily. The program is part of Poland’s broader efforts to strengthen national defense capabilities.
