Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has once again stated that his country will continue its military presence in southern Syria.
Netanyahu emphasized that Israeli forces will continue to be stationed at the peak of Mount Hermon (Jabal al-Sheikh). He also mentioned that Israel will maintain control over this area. Furthermore, he noted that the "buffer zone" in Syria will remain demilitarized, and Israel’s presence in this region will be ensured.
