A growing number of Canadians are backing a petition urging Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to revoke Elon Musk's Canadian citizenship.
Launched by B.C. resident Qualia Reed and sponsored by NDP MP Charlie Angus, the petition claims Musk's actions undermine Canada's national interest and sovereignty. It accuses him of using his wealth to influence elections and being aligned with a foreign government.
With over 52,100 signatures, the petition will be presented in the House of Commons after closing on June 20, though there's no sign the government will act on it.
