At least 3 people have been killed and 74 others injured after the roof of a food court collapsed at a shopping mall in northern Peru.
Dozens of families were in the shopping mall at the time of the incident.
Officials say that some of the injured, including 10 children, have been evacuated to hospitals.
Emergency response teams are on site, with more than a hundred firefighters and police officers searching for survivors through the debris.
Authorities estimate the collapsed roof area is around 800 square meters and witnesses report of unconscious victims trapped under the rubble.
As the search for survivors continues, authorities fear the death toll will rise.
