On 18–19 November, Iran’s Gilan Province, in the city of Rasht, will bring together the leaders of the Caspian littoral regions. The two-day meeting will gather delegations from all five Caspian states – Azerbaijan, Russia, Iran, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan.

Alongside senior officials, diplomats of Caspian states based in Iran, as well as business leaders and representatives of various commercial structures, are also expected to attend. Azerbaijan will be represented by the heads of its districts located along the Caspian Sea coast.
