Iran has officially resumed its cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), marking a significant step towards regional stability and the peaceful use of nuclear energy.

The agreement, signed by Iran's Foreign Minister Araghchi and IAEA Director-General Grossi, comes after a trilateral meeting that also included Egypt’s Foreign Minister Abdel-Atti.

The discussions during the meeting centred on critical regional security issues and the role of nuclear energy in fostering peaceful progress. With the renewed collaboration, both Iran and the IAEA aim to address concerns and enhance transparency regarding Iran’s nuclear activities while contributing to broader regional stability.

This development signals a continued commitment to diplomacy and the peaceful use of nuclear technology in the Middle East, underscoring the importance of international cooperation in advancing global security.
