Five people were injured during the fifth day of Pamplona’s San Fermin bull run, as bulls from the Jandilla ranch in Spain completed the route in this year’s fastest time.

Bulls from the Jandilla ranch completed the 875-metre dash through the city's narrow streets in just two minutes and 19 seconds—the fastest time recorded in this year's event.

Four of the injured individuals were taken to nearby hospitals, with one suffering a head concussion.

As is tradition, hundreds of runners dressed in white with red neckerchiefs sprinted ahead of the charging bulls in the high-adrenaline event.

The San Fermin festival draws thousands of thrill-seekers and tourists from around the world each year. It remains the most internationally recognized of Spain’s summer bull-running festivals, blending tradition, risk, and celebration over seven intense days.
