At the 17th Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) Summit on 4 July in Khankendi in Azerbaijan, expressed support to the bid by the Republic of Türkiye to host COP31 in 2026. Antalya has been proposed as host city for COP31.
In his speech at the Economic Cooperation Organization Summit held in Khankendi, the President of Uzbekistan urged to define the medium and long-term development priorities of the organization and put forward a proposal to adopt the concept of 'Strategic Goals of Economic Cooperation – 2035.
A Clean Energy Centre will be officially launched during the 17th Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) Summit, to be hosted by Azerbaijan this week, announced Asad M. Khan, Secretary General of the ECO.
