North Korean state media reports that leader Kim Jong Un supervised performance tests of newly developed drones. These drones include reconnaissance and suicide attack models, and utilize artificial intelligence.
Kim Jong Un observed the tests at an Unmanned Aeronautical Technology Complex. He received briefings on the drones' capabilities and discussed plans for increased production.
He emphasized the importance of developing unmanned equipment and artificial intelligence for military applications, and called for the creation of long-term development plans. He also stated that changes in science and technology require updates to military theory, practice, and education."
