Over 140 delegates from 52 countries gathered in Shusha for the third Global Media Forum. The focus was clear—AI’s rising influence on journalism and the urgent questions it brings.

Misinformation, ethical blind spots, and the race for media literacy took centre stage. Every discussion circled back to a single truth: the world’s information ecosystem is changing faster than the rules that govern it.

Industry leaders, from news agencies, tech firms, and universities, called for new forms of cooperation. In a world divided by borders, resilience in journalism now demands global partnership.

For Azerbaijan, hosting the forum underscored its ambition to shape global media narratives. Shusha became a platform for the region to project its commitment to adapting to AI and strengthening media integrity.

A new era for journalism is emerging. The world is watching.
