The two discussed ways to deepen Azerbaijan–Turkmenistan relations through high-level visits and increased collaboration. Key topics included regional security, Caspian Sea affairs, and cooperation within international organizations.
They also exchanged views on opportunities to expand cooperation in the fields of economy, trade, energy, transport, humanitarian affairs, and culture.
