Minister of Cabinet Affairs in the UAE, and Chairman of the World Governments Summit Organization, Mohammad Al Gergawi delivered the opening remarks as the 2025 World Government Summit kicked off in Dubai on Tuesday (Feburary 11).
Al Gergawi, highlighted the importance of the next 25 years in terms of progress saying it "will surpass all of what humanity has witnessed in the history of civilization."
Established in 2013, the World Governments Summit aims at exploring the next shapes of governments. This year, heads of states, international organisations and private sector leaders are expected to attend.
The summit will be ongoing until February 13.
