The Islamic Republic of Iran has seized a foreign oil tanker in the Sea of Oman, accusing it of transporting two million litters of smuggled fuel.
The vessel carrying smuggled fuel in the Sea of Oman was impounded after inspectors uncovered irregularities in its cargo documentation, Hormozgan’s Chief Justice Mojtaba Ghahremani said on Wednesday as IRNA reported.
