President Volodymyr Zelenskyy marked the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Friday (Dec. 6) with a powerful address to troops and military leaders. "Today, it is clear that the true, most important, and most reliable guarantee of our security lies with the Armed Forces of Ukraine," Zelenskyy added.
During the ceremony, the president honored the sacrifices of the nation’s defenders by presenting posthumous awards to the families of fallen soldiers and recognizing the service of active personnel.
