On Tuesday, Russian missile attacks hit Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk region, killing seven people in the regional capital, Dnipro, and two more in the nearby town of Samar. The blasts shattered train windows, injuring nearly 70 passengers including 10 children, with officials warning casualties could rise. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha urged Western allies at the NATO summit in The Hague to increase pressure on Moscow, calling it a matter of credibility. The strikes also damaged schools, kindergartens, and a hospital. Recent weeks have seen intensified Russian air attacks across Ukraine, including deadly strikes on Kyiv.
