U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth announced on Monday the deployment of additional defensive assets to the Middle East, as the conflict between Israel and Iran intensifies regional tensions.
While Hegseth did not specify the capabilities being sent, sources revealed the deployment of a significant number of military refueling aircraft and the repositioning of an aircraft carrier to the region.
