“At this stage, I believe our partners will support a proposal to offer the Russians a ceasefire until the leaders meet,” Zelenskyy said during a briefing in Kyiv.
The June 2 peace talks in Istanbul yielded limited progress, aside from an exchange of proposals and a planned large-scale prisoner swap, which Zelenskyy said is scheduled for this weekend.
