U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio will join NATO foreign ministers in Türkiye from May 14-16 for an informal meeting aimed at addressing the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict.
According to a State Department statement, the discussions will also serve as preparation for the upcoming NATO Summit in The Hague this June. Secretary Rubio will promote President Trump's initiative to enhance NATO's strength and effectiveness by urging allied nations to increase their contributions to the alliance.
