Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has imposed sanctions against the country's former president Petro Poroshenko and several other individuals.
According to Ukrainian media, Zelensky signed the corresponding decree today.
Under the decree, sanctions against Poroshenko are imposed indefinitely; he will be stripped of state awards, his assets will be frozen, and his trade operations will be restricted.
In addition to Poroshenko, the sanctions list includes Ihor Kolomoyskyi, Gennadiy Bogolyubov, Kostyantyn Zhevago, and Viktor Medvedchuk.
