Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) President Tufan Erhurman will visit Türkiye on 13 November - his first trip abroad since taking office - to discuss Türkiye-TRNC relations and the Cyprus issue.
Thursday talks are set to focus on Cyprus issue, bilateral relations in all aspects, says Türkiye’s communications director Burhanettin Duran.
“President Tufan Erhurman will make his first official overseas visit to Türkiye on Nov. 13, 2025, at the invitation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan,” Duran announced on the Turkish social media platform NSosyal on Monday.
During the visit, officials said that recent developments on the Cyprus issue will be assessed and Türkiye-TRNC relations discussed comprehensively.
Erhurman was elected TRNC president on 19 October, 2025.
