Meanwhile, in Russia, the death toll from a fire in the Ryazan region has risen to 20, with 134 others injured. The cause of the fire remains unclear. Odesa Regional State Administration Head Oleh Kiper confirmed the latest drone strike on Odesa in a Telegram post, stating that despite active air defense measures, the attack left its mark on the region.
