Azerbaijani mountaineer Vafa Musayeva has achieved remarkable success by summiting two of the world’s highest peaks, Mount Everest and Lhotse, during the same climbing season.
Vafa Musayeva, an Azerbaijani climber, has achieved a historic milestone by summiting Mount Everest, the world’s tallest peak at 8,848 meters. Musayeva expressed immense pride in her accomplishment, calling it an honor for her homeland.
Notably, only two days after her ascent of Everest, she successfully summited Lhotse, the fourth-highest mountain in the world, towering at 8,516 meters. Reports confirm she is in good health following these extraordinary achievements.
Musayeva’s accomplishment further strengthens Azerbaijan’s presence in the mountaineering world.
