Azerbaijan won 22 medals, including seven gold, at the Mingachevir Regatta 2026 as more than 100 young rowers from 12 countries competed in the international tournament.
The host nation finished the tournament with seven gold, five silver and 10 bronze medals.
More than 100 young rowers from Azerbaijan, Czechia, Georgia, Hungary, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Tajikistan, Türkiye, Ukraine and Uzbekistan took part in the competition.
The canoeing and rowing tournament was jointly organised by Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Azerbaijan Aquatic Sports Federation (AZSIF).
The regatta began at the Kondalanchay Reservoir in Fuzuli before concluding in Mingachevir.
