Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company has lodged an appeal against international sanctions imposed on five of its vessels over allegations they transported Russian crude oil.
The sanctions were applied during 2025 by the European Union, the United Kingdom and Canada, according to information obtained by APA-Economics.

The sanctions could affect the future operations and financial position of both the company and its joint venture.
Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company said it was closely monitoring developments and would take appropriate measures as the process continues.
