World leaders have expressed condolences following the tragic crash of an AZAL flight near Aktau, Kazakhstan, offering support and solidarity to the victims' families.
Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has ordered the establishment of a special commission to investigate the plane crash near Aktau on December 25. The commission, led by Deputy Prime Minister Kanat Bozumbayev, will oversee efforts to determine the cause of the crash.
Additionally, Tokayev has directed that medical teams from Astana be sent to Aktau to provide immediate assistance to the victims. The President emphasized that all necessary aid will be provided to those affected by the tragedy. According to local media, Bozumbayev is already en route to Aktau to manage the situation on the ground.
