Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will hold a trilateral meeting with the European Council and European Commission presidents in Brussels, says his office.

Prime Minister Pashinyan arrived in the Belgian capital Brussels on Monday on a working visit, during which he is scheduled to meet top EU officials.

A statement by the his office said Pashinyan will hold a trilateral meeting with European Council President Antonio Costa and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen later in the day.

It added that the premier will also separately meet EU Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos and Belgian Prime Minister Bart De Wever during the visit.

Pashinyan's visit comes weeks after a trip by EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas to Armenia’s capital Yerevan in late June, where both sides reaffirmed their commitment to deeper ties and regional stability.
