The Prime Minister updated the citizens of Israel on the progress of Operation "Am K’Lavi'" now in its sixth day. He emphasised the operation's objectives to neutralise nuclear and ballistic missile threats while acknowledging painful losses and praising the nation's resilien.
The Prime Minister stated that the operation is methodically advancing toward its goals, with Israeli forces controlling the skies over Tehran and striking at the administration there with tremendous force. He detailed that forces are targeting nuclear facilities, missiles, command centres, and symbols of the governing body. He also conveyed that he has been in communication with world leaders who have expressed "tremendous admiration" for Israel's determination and military achievements, as well as for the strength of its citizens on the home front.
"We are suffering many losses—painful losses," he acknowledged. "But we see that the home front is strong, the people are strong, and the State of Israel is stronger than ever." He noted that he has directed government ministries to provide assistance to all those who have been affected.
Concurrently, the Prime Minister reaffirmed the nation's commitment to the ongoing intense activity in the Gaza Strip. He outlined two primary objectives: the defeat of Hamas and the return of all our hostages, both the living and the fallen. "We will not relent," he asserted, paying tribute to the "heroic soldiers" lost in recent days and extending condolences to their families on behalf of the government and the entire nation. "We will continue until we bring everyone home and until Hamas is completely defeated."
In his address, the Prime Minister extended special thanks to U.S. President Trump, describing him as "a great friend of the State of Israel." He expressed gratitude for the United States' support in defending Israel's skies and for President Trump's personal backing, mentioning a "very warm conversation" they had the previous night.
He concluded his address with a message of unity and resolve: "Citizens of Israel, together we will fight, and with God’s help, together we will win."
