Taylor Swift announced her 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, on a podcast with NFL star Travis Kelce, revealing pre-orders for vinyl, cassette, and CDs are now open ahead of an official release date.

In a teaser clip, Swift held a blurred-out album cover, while pre-orders for vinyl, cassette, and CD editions became available on her official website.

The album’s official release date will be announced later.

Swift’s previous album, The Tortured Poets Department, set streaming and sales records with 2.61 million units moved in its first week in the U.S., including the largest streaming week and highest vinyl sales for an album in modern history.

In May, Swift regained full control of her music by purchasing the master recordings of her first six albums, following a dispute with her former label.

Since signing with Universal Music Group in 2018, she has continued to break industry milestones, including with her record-setting Eras Tour, which generated more than $1 billion and boosted local economies, a phenomenon dubbed 'Swiftflation.'
