The internet is buzzing after a viral video from a recent Coldplay concert in the U.S. appeared to capture a tech CEO in a compromising moment on the stadium’s kiss-cam.
The incident occurred during the band’s Music of the Spheres tour stop at Gillette Stadium near Boston on Wednesday night (16 July). The kiss-cam zoomed in on Andy Byron, CEO of the tech company Astronomer, who was seen with his arms around a woman identified by online users as Kristin Cabot, the company's Head of HR.
As soon as the pair realised they were on the big screen, Cabot quickly turned away and covered her face, while Byron ducked out of view.
The awkward moment didn’t go unnoticed by Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, who quipped from the stage: “Look at these two,” before joking, “Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy.”
Social media users have since flooded platforms with reactions, turning the brief moment into a viral sensation.
